FAQ OK A BUNCH OF PEOPLE HAVE ASKED "WHY IS SB39 COMING OUT AFTER SB 40?"
I put SB39 together in the fall of 2022, at the same time as SB40. But I was continually finding/adding new material, and delayed with other work until xmas (which is why it has some xmas stuff), and then FINALLY got it together.
That doesn't explain why SB10 and SB17 are missing... but that's a boring mystery for another day!
